Internships
A Hinckley internship is a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience. The Hinckley Institute provides more than $200,000 each year in internship scholarship funding to place more than 300 students in local, state, national, and international internships.

Hinckley Forums
Hinckley Forums enable students, faculty, and community members to discuss a broad range of political concepts with political experts several times each week during the fall and spring semesters.

Scholarships
The Hinckley Institute of Politics provides more than $720,000 in academic and internship scholarships to University of Utah students. Academic scholarships are offered once an academic year and internship scholarships are awarded to students who are accepted to international and Washington, DC, internships. There are a limited number of local internship scholarships available.

Campaign Management Minor
The Campaign Management Minor offers undergraduate students the opportunity to learn the theory and practices that will make them effective leaders of election and advocacy campaigns.

Hinckley Journal of Politics
As the nation’s first and longest running undergraduate journal of political science, the Hinckley Journal publishes outstanding undergraduate papers and allows students to engage in the publication process.
