At the Hinckley Institute we believe that life-changing internship opportunities should be accessible to students from all socio-economic backgrounds. Accordingly, our Washington, DC, program guarantees paid internships (at least $800 per month) and subsidized rent (only $400 per month). Students are required to pay for their transportation.
Students accepted into our our international program are required to find their own housing but are allotted scholarship funding, which they can use to cover their flight, rent, etc. The amount of backing depends on the host nation’s cost of living as well as the number of international interns placed that semester but typically ranges from $500 to $5,000.
