The Hinckley Institute of Politics and the Campaign Legal Center co-host an annual conference in Salt Lake City on campaign finance issues. Past participants include Senator John McCain (R-AZ) and Commissioner Scott Thomas of the Federal Election Commission. Reports document the issues and reforms discussed at each year’s conference.
