Growth and change have been constants in Utah for decades. The decennial census provides an opportunity to record these changes once every ten years, throughout the entire country. This discussion will focus on both the demographic changes in Utah as well as the technical changes for the 2020 Census, and how these changes might impact the goal of the census to count every person once, only once, and in the right place.
