The Institute for Population and Social Research was the first institution of its kind in Thailand, and has a large number of academic staff and international collaboration partners. The Institute conducts research and provides training in population and development and explores their relationship to the social, economic, reproductive health, medical and public health fields.
Students assist in research projects and report creation on development and migration migration issues. Their work will be English-based research and will include reviewing literature and writing reports. Interns also work closely with Institute staff in carrying out the daily functions of the office and help to fulfill needs as they arise.
